This website, www.forbcorp.com, is owned and operated by FORBCORP PRIVATE LIMITED ("FORBCORP", "FORB", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated in India. FORBCORP is the parent group behind the ForbTours and ForbClub brands. By using this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
FORBCORP is a travel and hospitality group focused on hotel stays and land-based holiday experiences. Our brands provide curated hotel-stay memberships (ForbClub) and land-only tour packages (ForbTours).
We do not, directly, personally, intentionally or deliberately, deal in, provide, sell, arrange or facilitate any of the following, and they do not form part of our services:
Our role is limited strictly to the hotel and land-experience component. Arranging flights, visas, passports, travel authorisations and insurance is solely the traveller's responsibility, to be handled directly or through providers of their own choosing. FORBCORP accepts no responsibility for these items, including any inability to travel arising from visa refusal or documentation issues.
If, at any time, any item such as a flight ticket, visa assistance or any similar service was ever extended along with any package or membership, such item was a complimentary promotional gift only, sourced from, arranged, managed and fulfilled entirely by independent third-party providers. It was never a part of our core business or services, was never charged for as a service of FORBCORP, and creates no obligation on FORBCORP to provide, repeat or support any such item. Responsibility for the fulfilment and quality of any such gift rested solely with the third-party provider concerned.
ForbTours (forbtours.com) offers land-only tour packages. All ForbTours tour packages are handled exclusively through our sister-concern company, ZFORB International FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; any package purchase, arrangement, invoice or payment is handled through that company, and is governed by the forbtours.com Terms of Service.
ForbClub (forbclub.com) is a premium hotel-stay membership programme operated by FORBCORP, governed by the forbclub.com Terms and Conditions.
Fees and charges are as stated at the time of purchase and are subject to applicable taxes. All payments must be made only through FORBCORP's authorised payment channels and against an official receipt or invoice. FORBCORP does not store your card details and never asks for your card PIN, CVV, OTP or net-banking password. Please do not make payments in cash or to any individual's personal account; FORBCORP is not responsible for payments made outside its authorised channels.
Hotel and accommodation stays are provided by independent hotels and properties that FORBCORP does not own or operate. We act as an intermediary between you and the property, and the property's own terms and house rules apply during the stay. While we take care in selecting partners and will assist in resolving issues, responsibility for services provided at the property rests with the property concerned.
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to FORBCORP and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORBCORP's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid by you to FORBCORP for the specific service giving rise to the claim. FORBCORP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, omissions or insolvency of independent third parties, including hotels, transport providers and third-party gift providers, or for events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or other applicable law.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at Mohali (SAS Nagar), Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or this website.
